An exciting new gateway development at junction 58 of the A12 at Seven Hills, Ipswich.

 

The site which is allocated in the East Suffolk Local Pllan extends to approximately 70 acres.

 

The scheme will be  a high quality, landscaped business park, allowing for a total of about 950,000 sq ft of Class B2, B8 and E(g) uses, along with other ancillary facilities to support the development.

​

The application is due to be submitted to East Suffolk Council this month.

Seek to the ensure the new Business Park is a good neighbour to existing occupiers and the wider local community

Seven Hills Business Park is being built to a carefully laid out masterplan which is an extension to the commercial area of the town. The design is based on the principles of high quality building design and an attractive and sustainable landscaping strategy to ensure that the new Business Park has a distinctive character and unique sense of place. The Park will create an exciting new employment destination to support growth in the East Suffolk Area and promote new business opportunities.

Location

The site is located to the south of the East Suffolk Council administrative area, on the eastern side of Ipswich, and is six miles southeast of Ipswich town centre and seven miles northwest of Felixstowe.

The site benefits from close access to Junction 58, the interchange of the A12 & A14.

The A14 provides links to the rest of East Anglia and on towards the Midlands. The A12 links with East Suffolk to the north and London to the south.

Immediately to the east of the site are two fields which have been identified for development to support the Sizewell C Nuclear Power Station project
